The FB220 - Dosing & Wrapping machine for Butter works by spontaneously grouping and arranging the portions into the required number of layers (e.g. 100 portions in a 5 x 4 x 5 layer configuration). The formed bundle that makes up the machine is carried into a revolving hopper which is composed of a pre-erected box and works by operating and revolving it at around 180? degrees. The machine is designed with a roll-fed laminated aluminum foil which is wrapped into a portfolio style.
